About the Chef
My name is Randy Bigras. I am a Red Seal Chef trained in various cuisines with over 20 years of experience. I have honed my skills and knowledge while attending culinary school at Niagara College learning an approach to cooking with an appreciation for freshness and quality ingredients.

I approach cooking with an emphasis on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from as many regional suppliers in the Lambton/Kent area as possible.
